Welcome to Dow Sherwood Corporation Restaurant Management Company. We are a third generation family owned and operated Restaurant Management Company and currently manage 10 stores in Orlando, Virginia Beach and Tampa areas. Our latest Clearwater store features Village Inn's new "deco modern" look (see Clearwater location moving article)

We pride ourselves on providing friendly service with a great selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner items, not to mention our signature desserts. After 31 years, Dow Sherwood's Clearwater Village Inn will be moving just 1 mile west on Gulf to Bay. Owner Paul Walker reports that "our lease was up at our Clearwater store and we decided to take advantage of this conveniently located, larger space." Customers will continue to retain the warm, homey feel of Village Inn, but in a more contemporary manner as Dow Sherwood Corporation will be remodeling their new space in the new Village Inn "deco modern"

Last week, one of our owners, Jim Walker, was recognized for contributions he and brother Paul Walker have done for the Town and Country Community. This award was given by the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, a board that Jim has been a long standing member of.

Mr. Sherwood opened his first Village Inn in 1961 on Dale Mabry in Tampa, FL. This Village Inn quickly became the breakfast place for Tampa business people and politicians, for tourists, for the Cincinnati Reds, and for New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner, who loved the pancakes and maple syrup, and felt that way about Sherwood too.
